ReplyI am having the same issue at a local tax office. Try closing the apps and check if there are specific apps that cause a delay. I feel like I have wore the search engine sites out trying to figuring out this problem but no luck. If I save any other type of file to the network share it opens fine with no hesitation so it makes me believe it is an Office 365 / Office 2013 / Office 2016 issue. Maybe the biggest one is 50 kbs. These files are not very large either. Sometimes 2-3 minutes or longer.
